We started this site because DLF has many projects across many cities, and buyers often find it hard to know what is new, what is ready and what is still only planned. Our aim is to put the key facts in one clear place, in simple language.
We are a small information team. We do not publish names of individuals on this site, and we do not claim any link with DLF Limited. When you read this site, please keep one thing in mind: we are a guide, not the builder.

We collect information from public sources. These include DLF's public announcements and filings, state RERA portals, and publicly available project material. RERA numbers come from state portals such as HRERA Gurugram, MahaRERA, HRERA Panchkula and TNRERA.
Prices on this site are indicative. We mark them with an asterisk (*). They come from public sources and can change at any time. DLF decides the final price, and it may differ from what we show.
Images on the site are artist impressions. They show an idea of the project and may not match what is finally built.
We review pages when we learn about a change, and we update them when we can confirm the new facts. We do not claim that every page is updated the same day as a change.

You can ask for price lists, floor plans or a site visit. You decide whether to continue, and you can stop at any time.
Some DLF projects are shown on this site before DLF has confirmed full details. We call these early listings. Because they carry more risk of change, we follow stricter rules for them.
