DLF is one of India's best-known developers, and its work is spread over several cities. If you are looking for DLF city-wise new and upcoming projects, this page shows each city, what is being built there and where a buyer should look first. Every project card below is grouped by city, so you can compare places in a few minutes.
Gurugram is the core. It has 27 of the listings on this site, from luxury towers and plots to offices and shops. Mumbai has the two Westpark entries in Andheri West. Goa has four listings, covering villas and a retail mall. The Chandigarh and Panchkula region has three, Chennai has three, and Noida and Delhi together have four.
Not every city has a home on sale today. Some cities have only offices or retail, and some have only early names. We say so clearly on each card. Where DLF has no home launch right now, you can register and we send the first price list and plan the day one is announced.
Every state has its own RERA authority, and each one lists registered projects with promoter, land and completion details. We name the right authority for each city in the steps below, so you know where to check the paperwork.
Hyderabad and Lucknow are also on many buyers' lists. DLF has no home launch on sale in either city right now. You can still register, and we send the first price list and plan the day DLF announces one. That way you are at the front of the line, not reading about a sell-out afterwards.
Use the sections below to pick a city, compare the options and learn how a DLF launch works. Prices shown on cards marked with a star come from portals or press reports and are not DLF's official price list.
